We supply a range of Homogeneous (6%, 8%, 10% & 20%) Tris-Borate-EDTA Polyacrylamide Gels for DNA electrophoresis. Each Gel type is suited to the separation of DNA fragments in different bp size ranges
The ready-to-use gel is supplied in a 10 x 10 cm disposable plastic cassette and fits most commercially available minigel electrophoresis chambers, such as NOVEX, Serva, Hoefer, Biometra and Scie-Plas; it is also compatible with the Cleaver brand units.
If in doubt, check with us for compatibility. All anamed polyacrylamide ready gels have a stacking gel and do not contain SDS. The choice of sample and running buffer (with / without SDS) determines whether native or denaturing conditions prevail during electrophoresis. One packaging unit consists of 10 gels.
