For fast and complete disintegration of viral particles and subsequent RNA and DNA stabilization
The unique LyseNtact Lysis Buffer enables an immediate and complete disintegration of viral particles. Nucleic acids are subsequently stabilized and can be used for further processing in combination with Saline-LyseNtact, transport media (e.g. Copan UTM, Amies) or saline and PBS.
The LyseNtact Lysis Buffer can be used as an alternative to Roche´s cobas omni Lysis Reagent (LYS)
