Orange G with ficoll loading dye-Working Strength (1X)

Orange G loading dye (1X) with ficoll is used as a marker in polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. Since this dye migrates through the gel more quickly than other commonly used dyes it is betetr suited to trascking teh migration of faster moving, smaller DNA fragments. Contains sucrose and Xylene Cyanol.

Used as a 1x solution.
