The CSQ2 sequencing unit has a wide range of interchangeable plates, combs and spacer options to allow many techniques to be easily accomplished including; DNA Sequencing, 2-D analysis, Microsatellite analysis, DNA fingerprinting, Gel shift assays, Single-Strand Conformation Polymorphism (SSCP), Heteroduplex and Oligonucleotide analysis.
