DTT-Dithiothreitol

Dithiothreitol Molecular Bilogy Grade (DTT ), is used in processes such as PAGE in which DTT reduces the di-sulphide bonds for electrophoretic analysis of protein sub-units. Also used for maintaining biological activity by counteracting the oxidation of proteins.
