Cleaver scientific EZEE-12 Prestained Protein Ladder consists of 12 prestained recombinant proteins ranging from 11 to 250 kDa. Each protein is covalently labeled with a blue chromophore, with distinctive reference bands highlighted in red at 80 kDa, green at 25 kDa, yellow at 15 kDa, and purple at 250 kDa for easy identification. Designed for SDS-PAGE analysis, this ladder allows accurate monitoring of protein separation and molecular weight estimation, while also enabling verification of transfer efficiency during Western blotting on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes.
