Optically Clear Flat 8-Strip Cap, for qPCR, featuring recessed window

Consumables used in PCR undergo a rapid process of heating and cooling during cycling. Their physical performance can lead to great variances in test results. In order to achieve exceptional results, wall thickness must be extremely precise and remain consistent throughout to ensure even heat transfer between the tube or plate well and cycler block. These 8-Strip Optically Clear Caps are designed for use with NOVASBIO 8-Strip Tubes, PCR-0208 for qPCR applications. Their tight-fitting design provide the perfect seal and so virtually eliminate sample evaporation or ‘popping’ while still being easy to open. The Optically Clear window is recessed to reduce finger contact, resulting in an enhanced signal.
