Precast Tris-Glycine For Proteins (Gradient)

We supply Gradient Tris-Glycine Gels with 4-12%, 8-16%, 4-20% and 10-20% acrylamide, each one suited to the separation of proteins in different KDa size ranges.

The ready-to-use gel is supplied in a 10 x 10 cm disposable plastic cassette and will fit most commercially available minigel electrophoresis chambers, such as NOVEX, Serva, Hoefer, Biometra, Scie-Plas, etc. If in doubt, check with us for compatibility. All anamed polyacrylamide ready gels have a stacking gel and do not contain SDS. The choice of sample and running buffer (with / without SDS) determines whether native or denaturing conditions prevail during electrophoresis. One packaging unit consists of 10 gels.
