Tris-Borate-EDTA Gels (Gradient)

We supply a range of Gradient (4-12% & 4-20%) Tris-Borate-EDTA Polyacrylamide Gels for DNA electrophoresis. Each Gel type is suited to the separation of DNA fragments in different bp size ranges.

The ready-to-use gel is supplied in a 10 x 10 cm disposable plastic cassette and will fit most commercially available minigel electrophoresis chambers, such as NOVEX, Serva, Hoefer, Biometra, Scie-Plas, etc. If in doubt, check with us for compatibility. All anamed polyacrylamide ready gels have a stacking gel and do not contain SDS. The choice of sample and running buffer (with / without SDS) determines whether native or denaturing conditions prevail during electrophoresis. One packaging unit consists of 10 gels.
