Tris-Borate-Urea For SS DNA and RNA (Homogeneous)
We supply a range of Homogeneous (6%, 10% & 15%) Tris-Borate-UREA Polyacrylamide Gels for the electrophoresis of single stranded DNA and RNA. Each Gel type is suited to the separation of DNA and RNA fragments of different base size ranges.
The ready-to-use gel is supplied in a 10 x 10 cm disposable plastic cassette and will fit most commercially available minigel electrophoresis chambers, such as NOVEX, Serva, Hoefer, Biometra, Scie-Plas, etc. If in doubt, check with us for compatibility. All anamed polyacrylamide ready gels have a stacking gel and do not contain SDS. The choice of sample and running buffer (with / without SDS) determines whether native or denaturing conditions prevail during electrophoresis. One packaging unit consists of 10 gels.
